Adoptive Parents
LINDA W. MCINTYRE is happy to assist prospective adoptive parents by providing a consultation, either in person or by telephone, to discuss issues relating to adoption law in Florida. We will prepare a profile, and direct the prospective adoptive parents to home study providers qualified to assist them in the completion of the home study process as required by Florida law. She will review Florida adoption law with particular attention to the risks associated with the process. She will also discuss costs relating to the support of a birth mother, court costs, legal fees, agency fees, and home study charges. |

And finally, we will provide the client with a list of adoption specialists throughout the state, making no particular referral, but rather, leaving the decision of who to contact for assistance directly in the hands of the prospective adoptive parents.
If you feel that a consultation would be helpful, please print out an adoption application and return it to the office of Linda W. McIntyre with appropriate check for cost of consultation, and we will call to schedule an appointment with you, either in person, or by telephone. |
